I do the work
When you have questions, I find answers. I pride myself on being available to my clients seven days a week and I don’t delegate to an office assistant or realtor-in-training.

Phone calls and emails are returned quickly and personally. Open houses are hosted personally.

And, when I’m with a client, that client has 100% of my attention; I’m not juggling calls, appointments, and other distractions.

How do you define success?

In my view, success is about providing superior, value-added customer service. Based on my results, the formula works! Many of my customers have been with me for decades, and nearly all my clients come to me from referrals. Professional recognition is another way of keeping score.

Know the area. I specialize in the many diverse neighborhoods of Santa Fe itself (including the historic East Side and South Capitol districts), as well as in Santa Fe County and the surrounding counties. My specialty area extends north along the 285 corridor, to include Tesuque, Pojoaque, and Nambe; northwest to Aldea, Las Campanas and La Tierra; southeast to Eldorado and Galisteo; east to Glorieta, Pecos, and communities in San Miguel County; and south to Rancho Viejo, Nava Ade and communities along the Turquoise Trail. Properties include single family residences, condos, town homes, large estates, lots, horse properties, ranches, commercial real estate and even sales of existing businesses. Whether you’re looking for your first home, an equestrian estate, or a vacation retreat, I will find the property that’s right for you.

There are many realtors in Santa Fe, but there are very few who share my in-depth knowledge of this market. It’s a matter of pride
I take pride in every facet of buying and selling real estate, including “leg work,” like researching a property’s transaction history. It may not be glamorous, but I’ve often found that doing a little digging often turns up information that can have vital implications for a buyer or seller.
Clients know best
My buy-side clients very often become my listing clients. It’s a great vote of confidence, and it gives me a long-term perspective on a property that’s unusual in real estate. Specifically, when I’m working with buyers, I strategize with them about resale issues related to the property before the purchase. What objections might a future buyer have? What improvements or changes could enhance resale value? Those are important considerations because it’s not “just” your dream home; it’s a significant investment too.
