In my view, success is about providing

Know the area. I specialize in the many diverse neighborhoods of
Santa Fe itself (including the historic East Side and South Capitol
districts), as well as in Santa Fe County and the surrounding counties.
My specialty area extends north along the 285 corridor, to include
Tesuque, Pojoaque, and Nambe; northwest to Aldea, Las Campanas and
La Tierra; southeast to Eldorado and Galisteo; east to Glorieta,
Pecos, and communities in San Miguel County; and south to Rancho
Viejo, Nava Ade and communities along the Turquoise Trail. Properties
include single family residences, condos, town homes, large estates,
lots, horse properties, ranches, commercial real estate and even
